Truma Error Code Showing

Seeing a Truma error code on your camper display? Don’t worry. Most Truma issues are caused by low battery voltage, gas supply interruptions or temporary communication errors and can often be solved with a quick reset.

Step 1: Take a photo of the error

Please take a photo of:

☑ Error code

This helps us identify the issue faster.

Step 2: Check your battery level

Low battery power is one of the most common causes of Truma issues.

Check:

☑ Is your leisure battery switched ON?
☑ Does the battery level look healthy?

If battery is low:

• Connect to campsite electricity
OR
• Drive for 30–60 minutes

Then retry.

Step 3: Check the gas supply

If your heating or hot water uses gas:

☑ Is the gas bottle turned ON?
☑ Is there gas remaining?

Recently changed the bottle?

Air can sometimes enter the gas lines.

Try lighting the cooker for a few seconds and retry.

Step 4: Restart the system

Try a simple reset:

  1. Turn Truma OFF

  2. Wait 2 minutes

  3. Turn camper power OFF

  4. Wait 30 seconds

  5. Turn camper power back ON
