Step 1: Check if hot water is switched ON
Open your camper control panel and check:
☑ Is hot water enabled?
☑ Is the water temperature selected?
Common options:
• Eco
• Hot
• Boost
Step 2: Check your battery level
Low battery power can affect heating and hot water systems.
Check:
☑ Is your leisure battery switched ON?
☑ Does the battery level look healthy?
If battery is low:
• Connect to campsite electricity
OR
• Drive for 30–60 minutes
Step 3: Check the gas bottle
If your system uses gas:
☑ Is the gas bottle turned ON?
☑ Is there gas remaining?
Recently changed the bottle?
Air can sometimes enter the gas lines.
Try lighting the cooker for a few seconds and retry.
Step 4: Allow time to heat
Hot water is not instant.
Approximate heating times:
• Water only → 15–30 minutes
• Heating + hot water → up to 45 minutes
Please allow enough time.
Step 5: Restart the system
Try a simple reset:
Turn hot water OFF
Wait 2 minutes
Turn it back ON
Wait several minutes and test again.
