Step 1: Check if the fridge is switched ON
Check:
☑ Is the fridge turned ON?
☑ Is the cooling level selected?
☑ Any warning lights or messages visible?

Step 2: Check your battery level
Low battery power is one of the most common causes.
Check:
☑ Is your leisure battery switched ON?
☑ Is the battery level healthy?
If battery is low:
• Connect to campsite electricity
OR
• Drive for 30–60 minutes
Then retry.
Step 3: Check your power source
Depending on your camper setup, the fridge may use:
• Leisure battery
• Campsite electricity
• Gas (very rare)
Check:
☑ Are you connected to campsite electricity?
☑ Has the camper recently been disconnected?
Step 4: Restart the fridge
Try a simple reset:
Turn the fridge OFF
Wait 2 minutes
Turn it back ON
Set cooling level to maximum
Step 5: Allow enough time
Fridges do not cool instantly.
Approximate cooling times:
• Initial cooling → 30–60 minutes
• Full cooling performance → several hours
