No Water?

No water coming from your camper taps or shower? Don’t worry. This is often caused by an empty water tank, the water pump being switched off, or air in the system.

Step 1: Check your fresh water tank

Check:

☑ Does the control panel show water in the tank?
☑ Has the water tank recently been filled?

If empty:

☑ Refill the fresh water tank

Then retry.

Step 2: Check if the water pump is switched ON

Check your control panel:

☑ Is the water pump enabled?

The pump must be switched ON for water to flow.

Step 3: Check your battery level

Low battery power can affect water systems.

Check:

☑ Is your leisure battery switched ON?
☑ Is the battery level healthy?

If battery is low:

• Connect to campsite electricity
OR
• Drive for 30–60 minutes

Then try again.

Step 4: Remove air from the system

Air can enter the water lines after refilling.

Try:

  1. Open cold water tap fully

  2. Open hot water tap fully

  3. Leave running for 30–60 seconds

  4. Repeat on all taps

Step 5: Check for water underneath the camper

Do you see water draining underneath?

Sometimes a drain valve may have opened automatically.

☑ Check whether water is continuously draining underneath the camper.
