Step 1: Check your battery level
Low battery power is one of the most common causes of heating problems.
Check:
☑ Is your leisure battery switched ON?
☑ Does the battery level look healthy?
If battery is low:
• Connect the camper to campsite electricity
OR
• Drive for 30–60 minutes
Then try again.
Step 2: Check the gas bottle
If your heating uses gas:
☑ Is the gas bottle turned ON?
☑ Is there gas remaining?
Recently changed the bottle?
Air can sometimes enter the gas lines.
Try lighting the cooker for a few seconds first and then retry the heating.
Step 3: Restart the heating
Try a simple reset:
Turn the heating OFF completely
Wait 2 minutes
Turn it back ON
Set temperature to maximum
Wait a few minutes.
Step 4: Check for error messages
