Learn how to use the camper systems, including water, gas, and electricity, with simple instructions and tips.

Updated yesterday

Water system

The camper has a fresh water tank and a waste water tank.

Fresh water:

  • Used for the sink and (if applicable) shower

  • Fill via the water inlet on the outside of the camper

Waste water:

  • Collects used water from the sink/shower

  • Must be emptied at designated dump points or campsites

Tips:

  • Do not drink tap water unless specified

  • Always empty waste water at proper facilities

  • Only store water in the camper when temperatures are above 7°C to avoid damage from freezing

Gas system

Gas is used for cooking (and sometimes heating).

How it works:

  • Open the gas valve before use

  • Use the stove as you would at home

  • Turn off the gas after use

Safety:

  • Never leave gas on unattended

  • Make sure the camper is ventilated when cooking

Electricity

The camper uses a leisure battery for power.

What it powers:

  • Lights

  • Fridge

  • Charging points (USB / 12V)

Charging the battery:

  • While driving

  • When connected to shore power (at campsites)

Using electricity at campsites

  • Connect the camper using the provided power cable

  • This provides continuous electricity and charges the battery

Battery usage tips

  • Avoid draining the battery completely

  • Limit use of high-power devices when not connected to power

  • Drive regularly or connect to power to recharge
