We inspect the camper together
Any damage or missing items are discussed
3. Assessment of damage
If damage is identified:
We assess the situation
If needed, we obtain repair quotes
Costs are based on repair or replacement
4. Use of the deposit
The deposit is used as security for the excess per incident
If there is damage, (part of) the deposit may be withheld
If there is no damage, the deposit is released
5. After the return
If everything is clear, the deposit is released
If further assessment is needed, we will follow up with details
