Damage & deposit process

Learn how damage is handled, how the deposit is used, and what happens after your trip.

1. During your trip
If something happens:

  • Inform us as soon as possible via our website

  • Share photos and a clear description of the issue

This helps us support you quickly and avoid further damage.


2. At return
When you return the camper:

  • We inspect the camper together

  • Any damage or missing items are discussed


3. Assessment of damage
If damage is identified:

  • We assess the situation

  • If needed, we obtain repair quotes

  • Costs are based on repair or replacement


4. Use of the deposit

  • The deposit is used as security for the excess per incident

  • If there is damage, (part of) the deposit may be withheld

  • If there is no damage, the deposit is released


5. After the return

  • If everything is clear, the deposit is released

  • If further assessment is needed, we will follow up with details


Good to know

  • Always report damage during your trip

  • Do not arrange repairs yourself unless instructed

  • We aim to handle everything transparently and fairly
