Return process

Learn how the camper return process works, including inspection, return requirements, and how damages are handled.

Updated yesterday

1. Return on time

  • Return the camper at the agreed time

  • Standard return time is 10:00, unless you have booked a different time

2. Arrival at our location
When you arrive:

  • We welcome you back

  • You can briefly share any issues or damage during your trip

3. Camper inspection
We will inspect the camper, including:

  • Exterior (bodywork, windows, tyres)

  • Interior (condition, inventory, damage)

Please allow around 30–60 minutes for this process.

4. Condition of the camper
We expect the camper to be returned:

  • With all rubbish removed

  • In a reasonably clean condition (not excessively dirty)

  • With all inventory items present

  • In the same condition as at pickup (excluding normal wear)

Important:

  • If the camper has a toilet, it must be emptied and cleaned before return to avoid fines

  • The fuel tank must be returned full

  • The grey water tank must be emptied

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the camper is returned very dirty.

5. Damage or missing items
If there is any damage or missing inventory:

  • We will discuss this with you

  • Costs will be based on repair or replacement

  • The deposit may be used (partially or fully)

6. After the return
After the inspection:

  • If everything is in order, the deposit will be released

  • If there are damages, we will follow up with further details

Good to know

  • Please report any issues during your trip to avoid surprises

  • Allow enough time for the inspection process

  • Cleaning and damage checks are part of every return
