You have your valid driving licence and ID
Your booking payment is completed
You arrive at the agreed pickup time

We verify your driving licence and details
You pay the security deposit (unless you have booked through another platform such as Goboony)
Any remaining questions can be discussed
Camper handover
We will walk you through the camper (approx. 30–45 minutes), including:
How to drive and park the camper
How to use gas, water, and electricity
How the bed setup works
Key features and safety instructions
Check and documentation
Together we will:
Inspect the camper
Note any existing damage
Confirm the inventory
We recommend taking your own photos before departure.
Before you leave
Before you start your trip:
You’ll receive all necessary documents
We explain how to contact us during your trip
You can ask any final questions

Once everything is clear, you’re ready to start your trip.
Good to know
Standard pickup time is 14:00, unless you have booked a different time
The pickup process takes approximately 30–45 minutes
The deposit is paid at pickup (unless booked via a platform such as Goboony)
Please arrive on time to avoid delays
Make sure all drivers are present if they are registered
