What we expect
All rubbish removed
Surfaces wiped if visibly dirty
Kitchen area left tidy
No excessive dirt (mud, sand, stains)
Toilet (if applicable)
Must be emptied and cleaned before return
Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee
Water tanks
Grey water tank must be emptied
Fresh water tank can be left as is (unless otherwise instructed)
Fuel
The fuel tank must be returned full
Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the camper
If the camper smells of smoke, a cleaning fee will be charged
What you don’t need to do
No deep cleaning required
No exterior washing required
No professional cleaning needed
Cleaning fees
A cleaning fee may apply if the camper is returned:
Very dirty
With rubbish inside
With an unclean toilet
With evidence of smoking inside
