Cancellation timeline

0–30 days before pickup

  • No refund

  • The full rental amount, including extras, is non-refundable

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.


30–60 days before pickup

  • 50% refund of the total rental amount, including extras


More than 60 days before pickup

  • Full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee


Booking fee
The booking fee is always non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.


No-show
If you do not show up to collect the camper and have not contacted us by 16:00 on the pickup day:

  • Your booking will be cancelled

  • The full rental amount, including extras, will be forfeited


How to cancel your booking
To cancel your booking:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  • Include your booking reference

We will confirm your cancellation and inform you of any applicable refund.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method

  • Cancellation terms apply to the full booking, including extras
