I Found Damage That Isn't On The Forms. What Should I Do?

Have you noticed damage on the camper that wasn't recorded on the handover forms? Don't worry. We ask all travellers to report any unrecorded damage as soon as possible so we can review it fairly and accurately.

Step 1: Take Photos

Please take clear photos of:

☑ The damage itself
☑ A wider photo showing the location on the camper
☑ Any relevant surrounding area

The more detail we have, the easier it is to assess.

Step 2: Check Your Own Photos

We always recommend taking photos and videos during pickup.

☑ Check any photos or videos you took when collecting the camper.

This often helps determine whether the damage was already present.

Step 3: Report the Damage

Please provide the following information:

☑ Photos of the damage
☑ A short description of what you found
☑ Any relevant information about when you noticed it

The more information you provide, the easier it is for our support team to review the situation and compare it with the vehicle's condition records.

Step 4: Don't Worry

Finding unrecorded damage does not automatically mean you are responsible for it.

We keep condition records for every rental and will review the information fairly before making any conclusions.

Step 5: Continue Your Trip

If the damage does not affect the safe operation of the camper, you can normally continue your trip as planned.

If you are unsure whether it is safe to continue, please contact us immediately.
