Follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure the toilet flap is CLOSED
This is important. Before removing the cassette, make sure the toilet flap inside the camper is fully closed. If the flap is left open, the cassette safety mechanism remains locked and the cassette will not release.
2. Locate the toilet cassette access door
The cassette is usually accessed from a small external hatch on the side of the camper.
3. Open the hatch and unlock the cassette
Release the catch and carefully slide the cassette out.
4. Take the cassette to a designated disposal point
Only empty the cassette at approved chemical toilet disposal facilities found at campsites or service points.
5. Remove the cap and empty carefully
Rotate the spout, remove the cap, and pour slowly.
6. Rinse the cassette
Add clean water, shake gently, and empty again if needed.
7. Add toilet liquid before reinstalling
Add the recommended amount of toilet fluid and a small amount of water before placing it back.
8. Slide the cassette back into place
Make sure it clicks securely into position.
Important:
Never empty toilet waste into normal toilets or drains
Use only camper toilet chemicals where provided
Empty regularly and avoid overfilling
